Any app where you can place a cursor: email, chat, your browser, office apps, IDEs and the terminal. Text goes in as if you typed it.
English and Russian, detected automatically. Sentences that mix both work too, and Deepgram nova-3 handles them best.
History and audio stay on your Mac, and API keys are kept in the macOS Keychain. Your speech is sent only to the speech provider you picked and to Claude.
During early access SayVelio runs on your own API keys, so you pay the model providers directly. For companies we agree on terms individually.
A Mac running macOS 13 Ventura or later. On first launch the app asks for microphone and Accessibility access so it can listen for the hotkey and insert text.
